About:Visa Policy of China

I renewed my Malaysian passport since it has less than 6 months to expire. My old passport still have a valid China visa until 3 Aug 2010. Can I use the visa on the old passport as I plan to travel to China next week (will be there for 3 weeks).

Thanks and Rgds.

Sorry, you can not use the old passport. Malaysian passport holders are required to submit your a passport which has at least one blank visa page and at least 6 months validity left before expiration. Since you have renewed your passport, just use the renewed one to apply a visa.
