Mr.Abdullah, you'd better contact the embassy/consulate check whether the Agha Khan lab is accepted by Chinese embassy/consulate in pakistan. As I know, the Physical Examination Record for Foreigner also need to attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan
