Hi..May I get the correct information for my husband from the Chinese Embassy in Manila.. I am a Filipina teacher married to a Ghanaian teacher here in China.  He is working now in China and is supposed to get a Z Visa.  He was told to process his working visa outside of China.  Can he do it at the Chinese Embassy in Manila?Thank ypou so much.Elena

Mrs.Elena, it is advisable for your husband to apply for Z visa in Ghana, the visa regulation for Ghanan paspsort holders are very strict, if he doesn't have Philippines residence permit which entitles him to stay in Philippines for a long time, his application will be refused in Philippines.
