Hi..May I get the correct information for my husband from the Chinese Embassy in Manila.. I am a Filipina teacher married to a Ghanaian teacher here in China. He is working now in China and is supposed to get a Z Visa. He was told to process his working visa outside of China. Can he do it at the Chinese Embassy in Manila?
