About:Dragon Boat Festival

Please tell me about the various events which are planned in Beijing and its suburbs during forthcoming dragon boat festival(14 to 16 June,2010).I am interested in seeing the boat racing and other elated festivities in the parks or river side. Thanks

Hi,there
Many parks in Beijing have water activities during the dragon boat festival:
From June 6 to 16, the Old Summer Palace hold the dragon boast cultural week.
On June 14, Shunyi Olympic Water Park will hold the 2nd Beijing Dragon Boat Cultural Festival and have dragon boat race. You can go to see that.
On June 16, Longtan Park of the Chongwen District is going to hold the 3rd Beijing Longtan Dragon Boat Cultural Festival.
