About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Hi,
I already worked before in Wuxi, China ( from 2006-2008 )and now I have new employer in Wuxi also. Can I apply a working visa in Cebu office or the visa processing is in Manila only? Please advise.

It is up to your residence, please see whether you are in its consular jurisdiction of Consulate-General of China in Cebu, 11 provinces on the Visayas islands of the Philippines including Siquijor, Northern Samar, Western Samar, Eastern Samar, Southern Leyte, Leyte, Iloilo, Negros oriental, Negros Occidental, Bohol, Cebu
