Hi,

Any idea on How to go to Stanley Market from Metropark Hotel (Kowloon)?

Since the hotel is next to Mongkok MTR station, take MTR form Mongkok to Chai Wan station, leave the station via Exit C and catch green minibus 16M which will also take you to the Stanley market.
