About:Embassy & Consulates of Philippines in China

Good day! Just want to know I will be blacklisted here in China if I didn't finish my contract. I'm an English teacher here in Harbin.

You won't be blacklisted if you just didn't finish the contract. Aliens who overstay in China for a long time or make illegal activities will be blacklisted.
