About:Chinese Embassy in Pakistan

my husband is in china jinjua yiwu.his company has been registered there, soon he will get z letter.than he will come to pakistan n will apply for z visa.so as u know according to chinese law u get 1 extra zletter with it.so can he apply for me and my 3 years old daughter for this z visa.can v go with him to china on z visa?

yes, he can apply for z visa for you and your daughter. Z visa is issued to aliens who are to take up a post or employment in China, and their accompanying family members.

as u said my husband can apply for z visa for me and my daughter.but the yiwu government dont accept it.according to my husbands lawyer government not issuing z letter for family,saying that family cant come here.what should we do.plz can u guide and confirm us on this matter.ill b highly obliged.

Mrs.junaid tataria, when your husband has obtained the Z visa, then enter China, he should get the temporary residence permit within 30 days after entry at the Yiwu exit & enter department, then your husband can send the copy of his passport, the copy of his work vsia and residence permit to you, then you and your daughter can apply for work visa as dependants, you just need to provide your passport, one completed visa applcation form affixed with one passport photo, the marrige license and birth certificate and the documents send to you by your husband. If your application is refused, you can apply for L visa for family visit. It's true that it is hard for pakistanis to apply for China visa.
