Your mother can apply for L visa for family visit, please prepare the following documents, then submit to the Chinese embassy/consulate in Pakistan according to the consular districts, it takes 4 working days for processing, you should send some documents to your mother.
(I) Your mother's Original passport with validity more than six months and minimum 2 blank visa pages;
(II) Photocopy of the first 2 pages (personal information) of her passport and the recent Chinese visa page if there is any;
(II) One fully completed visa application form in Chinese or English, attached with one of your mother's recent color photograph (30mm X 40mm)
(III) Certificate of the relationship between your mother and you(original and photocopy)
(IV) Invitation letter from you
(V) your passport copy
(VI) Copy of Chinese visa page on your passport
