About:China Civil Aviation - Regulations & Security Check

Hi, i'm going to china the 9th of june to Guangzhou. Is it allowed to bring 3kg chocolate, 500g brown cheese, home made strawberry jam, Rice cream (norwegian dessert) and chili nuts ? I plan to bring these food to my girlfriend and to her parents.

Hi, yes im in China now. I acutally took more then what i wrote, i added salmon, raspberry jam, loads of rice cream, and candy. I'm not 100% sure if im allowed to bring all this but i was lucky that they didnt check. But it seemed like it was a bit of lack of control checking. Didnt see anyone that was picked out and i was one of the last persons to go, since i was waiting for my luggage. The best is to send all the food you want in your check in luggage and i guess it should be ok? sorry, not sure if i answered your question
