Hi,I'm planning to travel by train from Guangzhou to Shantou to Chaozhou and back to Guangzhou. - How many trains per day and from which station? - How long is the journey and what is the fare?If no trains operate between these cities, are there buses that will take me from one city to the next. Please also give me the departure times, stations, journey times and fares.Thank you for your kind assistance.Lynda

There are three trains daily from Guangzhou to Shantou; one at Guangzhou Railway Station and the other two at Guangzhou East Railway Station. Shantou is very close to Chaozhou, about 40kms, thus you can take bus. There are many buses and its’ convenient. If you want learn more about the train schedule, you can search on the page.
