About:China Embassy in Thailand

am a holder of RA (religious affiliated) visa here in thailand and its a one yr visa.i got no working permit here in thailand because am here under the church.i plan to go china as tourist. but the embassy here in bangkok advised me to go back to my home country and apply there, and this complicates because it would cost me more expenses and other stuff. is there any other way that i can apply and get a tourist visa here? thanks for helping.

mr.per, I understand your situation, however, the China embassy in Bangkok has asked you to return to Philippines to apply for visa, then you have to do so. The desicion is up to embassy, we can't do anything. I guess that there are 2 reasons, first, you hold Religious Afflicated visa in Thailand, China has strict regulations on religious preaching in China, second, for Filipinos applicants who apply for China visa for the first time, there are lots of requirements should be provided.
