Ms.Michelle, now, you have to go to the Chinese Visa Application Service Center to submit visa application if you don't hold diplomatic/service/official passport. The total amount of the fees to be paid by an applicant = visa fees application service fees, the single-visa fee is SGD 50, the application service fee is 25 (tax inclusive)for 4 working days regular service, therefore, you should pay for SGD 75 in total.
