I'll be visiting Huangshan 3rd week of June for 3 days. How will be the weather like? Do I need to wear wind-breaker and/or parker? Thank you.

The temperature now and in the next coupld of days, is about 11-19 degrees.  It should be cool and I think you need to take jacket, especially if you are going to stay one night in the mountain peak. A think wind-breaker is fine.
