About:Badaling Great Wall

Hi, I am planning to visit the Great Wall in late October. Will it be a good time to visit Beijing and the Greatwall?
I am not sure to visit Badaling or Juyongguan. Can anyone please advice?
From Badaling, i am intending to visit the Ming Tombs. May i know is there any subway station or buses i can take? What will be the journey time? Thank you.

Hi,Wilson
Late October will be the best time to visit Beijing as well as the Great Wall.
Badaling is more preserved than Juyongguan. If you are a first-timer, choose Badaling. Moreover, it is more convenient to visit the Ming Tombs and Badaling rather than Juyongguan together.
From Badaling Great Wall to the Ming Tombs, you should take bus no.919 first to Changping and then transfer to bus no.314 to Changling or Dingling Mausoleum. The estimated journey time is 1 and a half hours.
Wish you a nice trip in Beijing!

Thanks for the reply Ms Lychee.
I was intending to take a direct bullet-train from Beijing North Stn to Badaling Stn and using this method to go back Beijing.
My question is, will i have enough time to travel Badaling Greatwall - Ming Tomb - Badaling stn?
If i missed the train, is there a bus service from Ming Tomb back Beijing?
What will be the time journey? Many thanks.
