About:Fenghuang Ancient Town

Is the airport at Huaihua currently open. I would like to take a flight from Huaihua to Xi'an around 10/11 june 2010. Is this possible. I see on some websites that china Eastern make this flight but it is not possible to book it?

Yes, Huaihua has its own airport now. As for ticketing, you can try to dail either one of the two telephone numbers to make sure:
0745-2253777(downtown); 0745-6838088(airport)
