About:China Green Card (Permanent Residence Permit)

Hello,

I am applying for a permanent residence permit, as the police have told me my family is qualified. They want a criminal record. Which state do I get it from? The one on my driver's license? Or all 50 states?

I think that you can get the no criminal record from the state where your passport is isuued.

Thanks, but my U.S. passport was issued in China by the U.S. Consulate. Also, there is nothing written on my passport saying where it was issued.

I appreciate your advice on this.

You can ask the police station in the state where you live in USA to send the No Criminal Record to you.
