No need to bring winter jacket but you should bring sweater. The temperature will be nearly 15 degrees, may be 20 degrees if the weather is gorrgeous. However, it is hard to say. We had snow in mid-Nov in 2009. So, better to check the weather online. I am living in Xian. I would like to help then if you need before leaving.
