You can make marriage with Chinese visa on 30 days stay in China if you can prepare all required documents. You should first get a single status certificate from the local Notary Office, then make it certificated by Pakistan Foreign Affairs Ministry or its authorized office and Chinese embassy/consulate in Pakistan. When make the marrige registration, you just need to show your passport, China visa and the single status certificate. after marriage, you can apply for a long-term L visa for family visit, or apply for temporary residence permit.
