About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

I have 1 year's residence permit (L visa-visiting family, as I'm married with a Chinese) which I renew every year in Beijing. My current permit expires on july 7, but I need to go to Spain next june 14. My question is: can I renew the visa/residence permit now (i.e., 1 month before it expires?). It would be very troublesome to apply for a L visa in Madrid and then change it here...

Thanks in advance.
Alberto.

Yes, you can renew your visa/residence permit now, however, once you get the new visa/residence permit, your present one will automatically expire.
