About:Embassy & Consulates of Japan in China

I am Malaysian , student in China ( F visa -14/9-10/12/10)I am planning
a holiday to Japan in Dec 26 2010. Wonder if i can apply tourist visa while
i am studing in Peking . As i am awared visa is valid 3 months from date of
issue. Thank you
