About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

I HAVE PAX WHO IS PAKISTAN PASSPORT WORKING IN SINGAPORE HAVE WORTPERIMT WANT TO GO TO HONGKONG HOW DO I APPLY THE VISA

He can apply for Hong Kong visa at the Chinese embassy in Singapore because he hold the work permit in Singapore. now, only applicants for Hong Kong visa application, passport application notarization/authentication or diplomatic/service/official passport holders can go to the China embassy in Singapore, other applicants should go to the Chinese Visa Application Service Center.
