About:Marco Polo Memorial Museum

Hello,

By a Hong Kong Cie i had my 3 month double entry (L) Tourist Visa.
I need to renew it before 25 of june 2010.(90 days in one time)

My plan was to renew in HK, but since the 10 th May the law change for French People and they give just a 1 month...

I want to learn Tai Chi in Yangshuo in 2 weeks for 3 months.( I want to stay in China until 20 th of September 2010) What can i do ?


L visa to L visa 90 days ?
L visa to F visa 3 months

May i could teach english too...

Thank you Ms Miles...But i don't understood if In the PSB of Guilin they will give me a new visa with 3 months

Mr.RUHARD, the China visa can't be renewed once it is issued, there are 2 options for you, first, use the 3 months double-entry L visa to enter China, you can go to the local Exit & Enter Department in Guilin (it is near to Yangshuo)to apply for extension of stay duration, then you will be issued a new visa with 0 entry and another 30 days or more stay in China. Your 3 months double-entry visa will automatically expire.

the other option is to apply for a new China visa in Hong Kong or in France again, you can ask for 3 months stay duration in China. The final decision is up to the visa officer.

Mr.RUHARD, generally speaking, the PSB in China gives 30 days extension of stay duration, it is a little to get 90 days stay extension except that you can provide sufficient documents to prove that you need to say in China for 3 months.
