About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

I will soon be working in Kuwait and for my wife to gain her visa our Hong Kong marriage certificate has to be authenticated.

We are currently living here in the Phillipines so can this be done through the Chinese Embassy in Manila

Mr.Jenkins, as far as I know, the Marriage Certificate obtained in Mainland China can be authenticated by Chinese embassy/consulate general in Philippines, however, your marriage certificate is obtainted in Hong Kong, maybe the Chinese embassy/consulate can't authenticate the Hong Kong marriage license
