Hi i have got a problem with ethiopian airline i make a booking for my wife from adiss ababa ethiopia to hong kong and in two hours she got conact flight to hong kong to auckland she is travling with new zealnad travel document when she came to bord the plane the ethiopian airline told her that she needs a transit visa for hong kong and my wife she is not intend to visit hong kong she will be waiting in the airport and she will fly with in two hours.

i have no idea what to do.
