About:Chinese Embassies in Asia

Hello,
Can I apply for a tourist visa from within China?
I am currently in China (Shenyang) on an F visa (single entry). I will leave China on July 2, and travel in Cambodia for 2 weeks. I plan to return to China for three days after that, for a holiday, so I want to apply for a tourist visa for that time. What is the best way for me to do that? I don't think I have time to do it in Cambodia.
thank you for your time.

You can go to the Shenyang Exit & Enter Department under the Shenyang Public Security Bureau to apply for a new tourist visa. Generally speaking, within Mainland China, you can only get a visa with 0 entry and another stay duration, you can't use it to enter China from Cambodia. You can first go to the Exit & Enter Department in Shenyang, if you are refused, you have to apply for a China tourist visa in Cambodia.
