What is the easiest way to go to Avenue of stars coming from Park Lane Shopping Boulevard?

You can go by walking. Walk down along Nanthan Road from Park Lane Shopping Boulevard till the end when you can see the Victoria Harbor. The Avenue of Star is on the seaside.
