You can first get from the hotel to Prince Edward MTR station or Mongkok MTR station. Check the route via the map on this page:

And then use Tsuen Wan line from Prince Edward station or Mongkok station to Admiralty, where you should transfer to Island line to Causeway Bay. Check the subway map on this page for the directions:
