The problem is, there is only one visa form that downloads from the Chinese Consulate site, it is the same form, whether you are applying for tourist / business / study visa or whatever. I will of course tick the box for tourist visa.

But on this form, there is a space to write in "name, address, phone number, email address of friend, relative or business partner in China".

I don't have these, but I have hotel reservations, so what would I write in this box? Many thanks again.
