it is secure to take a taxi from the baiyun airport to enping?
and how much it will cost me?

Generally, it costs 300RMB or so from Guangzhou to Enping. I don't know what is the price from Guangzhou Airport. It is more than 2 hours. If you do not arrive very late, I suggest you take shuttle bus at Guangzhou Airport to Jiangmen city. Then take a taxi to Enping.0
