About:Simatai Great Wall

My wife & I are planning to visit Simatai in September. We will be staying in Beijing. Question: if we use public transport can we manage to climb the wall & return to Beijing on the same day?

Thank you Mr Lynn. Please advise: 1)where we can catch the bus to Simatai from Beijing 2) how long is the trip each way 3)cost of the trip 4)entrance fee to Simatai & 5)how long it will take to walk part of the wall at Simatai.
