About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

Hi, my boyfriend is long term working in china since Jan 2010. He is still looking for application to transfer me to china,but we didn't have any marital registration.So may i know which visa i should apply? Is it complicated? How long i can to stay with him in china?

If you don't have marriage certificate yet, you are only able to apply for a China L tourist visa, with which you may stay in China for 30 days. The application process is not complicated.
