About:Embassy & Consulates of Philippines in China

Mr. Satur,
Hi! I have a big problem. My visa was expired last 2008 Sep. And I want to go back home.Are they going to punish me and let me in the prison? Or do I need to pay (money)?
Please reply to me and give me an advice. Thank you very much.

can I follow up the question ? about expired Visa? what is the penalty and the fine.....and punishment...for 20 days expired Visa? they said 500 rmb in every day...is that right up to 5000 RMB? please advice Us....
