If you are close to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station, just go there to take Tsuen Wan Line to Admiralty (5 minutes and HK$8.5), exit B and take No.629 bus to Ocean Park (25 minutes and HK$10.6).

Then take No.629 bus back to Admiralty (HK$10.6), change Island Line to Central (HK$4 and 3 minutes), exit J2 and walk to Central Peak Tram Terminus to take peak tram.
