Best season? i think summer and fall. But actually, it doesn't show much differences between seasons here now. Just hoter and hoter. From May to October is fine. Yes, you can order the ticket with buffet 18:45-20:45 or 19:15-20:45, it costs you 108rmb, (about 19aud)
