About:Chinese Embassy in Indonesia

my mother has been given category L visa, could she enter Tibet using this visa, if not, where should she apply visa for Tibet?

Besides the China L visa, you mother also have to apply for a Tibet entry permit which could be applied through an authorized China Travel Agency.
