About:FAQ of Chinese Visa Application

I will be visiting China on a cruise ship, 3 different ports on 3 consecutive days, then leaving China for Korea and Japan, before returning to Shanghai, then Hong Kong. How many enties is this?

Let me see, your itinerary whould be as follows
Australia-China
China-Korea and Japan
Japan/Korea-Hong Kong
Hongkong-Shanghai

If I'm right, it should be two entries to China.

the second entry:Japan/Korea-China
