I am US citizen visiting Dubai UAE and now need to go to China for 4 days for Business purpose. Can I apply to China UAE Embassy and what documents or stuffs do i need?

I'm afraid that you are not able to apply for the China visa in UAE, since only citizen and residents of UAE could apply for China visa from the China Embassy there.I advise you apply for the China visa in HK.
