oh and also, why is July considered off-season? b/c of the rain or just b/c it's the hottest month? i'm really concerned about the amount of rainfall i'd get in July...So sorry about the double post...

It is because the rain in May and June, July is not the off-season. Many students would travel in July during their summer holidays.
