Hyderabad, the capital city of the state of Andhra Pradesh is under the consular jusridiction of China Embassy in New Delhi, you should go to the Chinese Visa Application Service Center in New Delhi to apply for China visa. Now, the China embassy in Delhi has stopped to accept China visa application from ordinary passport holders, if you hold diplomatic, service/official passport, you can go to embassy to apply for visa.
