About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

My husband relocated his job at china, i am planning to move over to china too, should i apply multiple visa? or what type of Visa should i choose? and once Multiple visa approved, how long i can get? Can i renew my visa at china once the visa expired?

Do you want to live in China with your husband until the end of his work in China? You can apply for work visa as the dependants of your husband, then change it into temporary residence permit in China, you can stay with your husband; you can also apply for multiple-entry tourist visa to China, however, you have to exit China when the stay duration per entry will expire. For example, you get a multiple entry tourist visa permits 30 days stay per entry, you have to exit China when the 30 days stay will expire.

It is advisable to apply for work visa as dependants, the required documents are:
1. your passport
2. one completed visa application form affixed with one recent passport photo
3. marriage license
4. copy of your husband's work visa, residence permit in China.

Mrs linda thanks of your reply, i need yr help on this as i fail connected to call chinese embassy this few days, no one answer my call.
Pls correct me if i am wrong.

My husband relocated work at china.
I apply multiple entry with his work visa, residence permit in china. When i reach china, i needs to apply any visa/ document again? If yes, what should type of document should i apply and where should i go?

Needs yr help urgently.

Ms. Tan, Why you choose to apply for a multiple entry visa? Why not apply for a dependant work visa, and then change it into a teporary residence permit which will also permits you exit and enter China for unlimited times within the validity.
