About:Chinese Embassy in Canada

Hi, I will be going to China on the first of June and then to Tibet. I was wondering if I needed a double entry passport or a simple 3 month single entry? I am also going from Hong Kong to Indonesia then my plane transfers back to china before coming to Canada, does that count as an entry as well?

can you tell me which city will your plane transit from Indonesia to Canada, how long is the transit?

Aliens may be exempt from going through the procedures for obtaining a transit visa if they hold a through ticket and have booked seats on international airliners flying directly through China, and will stay in a transit city for less than 24 hours without leaving the airport.

If your second entry is exempted from a visa, you just need a single-entry visa.
