About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

hi!i just finish my study here and am waiting for the authentification of my transcript.after that if i should go to foreign affairs department first and then go to chinese embassy?which section should i go to?what should i prepare?thank you!

You should go to the Department of Foreign Affairs of Philippines, then go to the Chinese Embassy in Manila to apply for authentication of your transcript.
