The employer of your husband can't help you, so it is hard for your to apply for work visa as dependants of your husband, as I know, Authorised Notification Form for Visa Application and documents proving family relations (e.g. marriage or birth certificate) for spouses and children of the applicants are required for work visa application as accompanying family members if you want to live with him.

You can apply for tourist visa with a long stay duration, 180 days at most. Your husband can send an Invitation Letter, copy of his passport, work permit and residence permit to you.

Then you also need to prepare the below documents:
(1) your original passport with enough blank visa pages, valid for at least another 6 months.

(2) A fully completed copy of Visa Application Form signed by the actual applicant;

(3) One recent 22(in.)-sized color passport photo, white in background, with a full front view of the applicant's head and shoulders but without any head cover.
