About:Marriage Registration in China

I am a Malaysian citizen wanna marry a chinese woman who are from Harbin, may i know what are the proceduces in order to bring her back to Malaysia for good. Please advised. thanks you.

Hi, Thank you for your reply. Actually i would like to make my marriage registration in Malaysia, but she is in Harbin now and have no visa to visit Malaysia. I would like your advise if i can plan to have an easy way and to bring her back to Malaysia.I really appreciate if i can have more information.

She needs to apply for a visa to Malaysia, she also needs get a single-status certificate from the local notary office, then authenticated by foreign affairs office and Malaysian embassy in Beijing.

Hi I am a Malaysian citizen about to marry a PRC too. Regarding the marriage cert, would it be better/easy to register in China or Malaysia if I want to bring her over right after that?

You should make marriage registration in both China and Malaysia.
