You don't need a visa to Hong Kong because Indonesia passport holders are exempt from a visa to Hong Kong for up to 30 days, you need a visa to Shanghai, please apply for China visa at the Visa Office of the Embassy or Consulate -General in USA which holds consular jurisdiction over the state where you reside.
