Hi, I'd like to go to Kaili during the dragon boat festival. Which is the best town to see it? Thanks.

It might be a good idea to visit Zhenyuan Town, as it will hold the dragon boat festival every year and itself is a anciet cultural town worthy a visit. There are some ethnic minority villages nearby the town.
