About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Hi!
From what time do you accept applicants for business visa?
It says on your website that you accept inquiries from 3-5pm only, is this thru phone or same as personal visit?
Is the 'rush visa processing' of two days still applicable?

09:00-11:30, Monday-Friday is the office hours of visa office of China embassy. The inquiries from 3-5pm is though the phone.

Next working day processing is temporarily suspended due to system upgrade.
