Question

I bought a ticket to Shanghai in Aeromexico Airlines, I asked the airline if I needed a visa and they said no. I went to China without a visa (the airline never asked for the visa during the check-in) and I was deported back to Mexico. I am Italian living in Mexico.Is this is in someway the airlines responsability? What can I do to have a refund for my airline ticket (flew first class)?

You can contact the airlines company and negotiate it, I guess that they should be responsible for you because the China visa on your passport should be checked when you board the flight.
