WHEN I REACH BINHAI AIRPORT. WHAT TYPE OF CHEAP TRANSPORT TO USE TO DOWNTOWN TIANJIN? I MEAN HEBEI AREA OR PLACE RECOMMENDED TO STOP BY FOR REST FEW DAY. WHICH HOTEL RECOMMENDED? CHEAP, SAFE & EASY TO MOVE AROUND.

The cheapest and safest way is to take airport shuttle bus. The bus will drop you off at Tianjin Railway Station, Hebei District. This area is close to the culture Street, Nanshi Food Street, Italian Concession area and Wu Da Dao sighseeing area. So, you can stay nearby and take city bus or taxi to get around the city.
